The Tahoe/Truckee area is a very special resort destination and Adventure Chicks Tahoe!!! is a very unique program…session fees reflect cost of vacation housing, all the wonderful and extraordinary activities, personal chef, delicious and nutritious meals/ snacks, general staffing and numerous instructional guides, transportation during session…session fees do NOT include airfare/or other transport fees to program destination (Reno Airport closest and transfers to Truckee can be arranged through Adventure Chicks Tahoe!!!), extra spending money (there is shopping around), or activity/craft material fees outside general program availability.

Register early!!! ONLY 15 GIRLS MAXIMUM per session. Registration processed in order received. We are happy to place you on waiting list if session is filled. Deposit will be refunded in full if we are not able to accommodate your needs for this summer

Payment Information:
A $500.deposit is required with registration to confirm your space for the desired session.
This deposit will be applied toward total balance due.
Remainder of balance for session will be due on or before MAY 20th.
Any session cancellation on or before May 20th will be refunded less $300.of deposit. Cancellations after May 20th will be refunded 50% of total session fee up to three weeks prior to chosen session date. After that time period only 25% of total program fee can be refunded due to costs of program per individual girl.

* Due to the limited enrollment of this unique program housing, staff and supply/equipment/activity expenses are determined by total number of girls attending each summer. Please confirm your space only when you are ready to commit.
